Shipping & Delivery
We are giving FREE postage:
RM 3.00 for PosLaju throughout Malaysia (we are giving you HALF PRICE for postage!!)
FREE PosLaju for purchase above RM 100.00
Orders will be processed Monday through Friday by 5pm (excluding public holiday). Orders placed after the specified time, will be processed on the following day.
Self-Pickup
We offer self-pick service as an option to our local customers. Kindly select Self-Pickup option on the Order Form and items are collectible in the IOI Boulevard office during business hour (Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm). Payment must be made before collecting the items. Cash on delivery is not available.
Returns & Exchanges
There are strictly no returns. Exchange can be made if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected only.
Do take note that all returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging.
All returns request after 5 days and above of parcel delivery will not be approved.
