Can I reserve the product?
We are sorry to say that we do not reserve the product. Shoppers who are first confirming their order by making the payment will receive the product for good upon email confirmation from ellie.bie.
Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?
The Cash On Delivery service is currently not unavailable; however, you may drop by to our showroom at IOI Boulevard, Puchong for self-collection purpose. Kindly arrange an appointment with us.
Do you accept International orders?
Yes, we do. Kindly drop us an email for further information.
Are your products restockable?
It depends on the availability of certain stocks. Please drop us an email to confirm if the stocks are restockable.
What is the restock procedure?
The restock takes about 1 week time. Shoppers are required to pay upfront upon order confirmation.
Can I try on your clothes before purchasing?
Yes, you're more than welcome to do so. Please drop by to our showroom at IOI Boulevard, Puchong for trying purpose. However, there is no guarantee that the wanted products will be there. It's first-pay-first-served basis.
How frequent is your update?
